July 23 - Goodbye (Golden) Girl

This Tuesday we lost a very good friend in Estelle Getty. In addition to playing the fiesty, yet loveable Sophia on the Golden Girls, she made an early mark as a "friend of Dorothy" in the Broadway production of Torch Song Trilogy. Estelle seems to have been just as classy off stage as on, reportedly taking care of her nephew when he fell ill from AIDS related complications. We don't have a big Golden Girls theme round or anything planned for this week, but come on out and join us on Wednesday night and we'll raise a drink and say "thank you for being a friend."

What is Smart Ass?

Smart Ass is a weekly pub trivia night with two games starting at 8 and 9 pm every Wednesday night. Teams compete against each other to win money off their bar tab and other incredible prizes. We'll test your knowledge of all kinds of subjects with a healthy dose of pop culture thrown in.
